20230421 - a local Chinese family restaurant, tiny but the foods they serve are fantastic. Also, the employees are all very polite and friendly! What I had today is pork chops fried rices. Pork chops’s batter is curry flavored that is actually not common in Taiwan or China, but I love it. Fried rice tastes also nice, every single piece rice is well fried! Will visit again, definitely!

Soul of Yokohama Chinese food located in Honmoku. Signature dish is the Tomato tanmen, but all other menus on the wall will not disappoint.

14 minutes walk from JR Yamanote Line. The Chinese restaurant "Lien" was founded in 1985 (Showa 60). I was thinking of asking Mr. Kichin, but Apparently they are on a long hiatus... So I turned on my heel and went to Mr. Lee Yuan, who had been paying attention to me for a while. I ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp rolls. Shrimp rolls are said to be popular, so this time I'll try shrimp shibari. First we arrived with shrimp rolls! When I received it, it was piping hot! It has a nice and light texture! There are plenty of plump shrimp inside, You can enjoy the shrimp till the end. It's so delicious! Next was shrimp fried rice. The fried rice is fried to a soft and moist consistency. It's a little bland, but it has just the right amount of seasoning. Cooked shrimp too You can get a glimpse of exquisite and honest work. There is a wide variety of dishes, and tomato-based I'd like to try the food, so I'll have to visit again soon. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

For Sunday lunch, I stopped by Lee Garden, which I had been interested in for a while along the walking route. Even though it was almost 1:00 p.m., the line was full, but every time the door opened, it smelled so good that it didn't bother me. When I entered the store, I was thankful that the air conditioner was on and the staff were friendly. We ordered shrimp rolls and tomato tanmen which are popular by word of mouth. The shrimp roll arrived first, and it came with mustard, so I guess it's a dish to put soy sauce on. was served, but first I took a bite of it and it was surprisingly delicious! It has a strong salty taste and can be eaten crispy and delicious without adding anything. Next, the tomato tanmen arrived, and it had so many tomatoes in it that it had a sour taste that soaked up my tired body from walking.The juicy tomatoes and wood ear mushrooms, the delicious thin noodles and soup made me feel completely satisfied. It was delicious so far and it cost 1,420 yen, so I would like to repeat it next time I come walking here. Next time, I want to try the paiko fried rice that many customers ordered!

A popular store in the Honmoku area. I ordered the recommended tomato tanmen and aburinji (small). The tomato tanmen had a light taste and very thin noodles, and the tomato tanmen had crispy fried chicken topped with a sauce full of green onions, both of which were delicious. The restaurant was very crowded with seats crammed together, but the food was served quickly.
